Currently, Eilon heads production at The Laugh Factory Hollywood, where he develops and executes original shows (Spotlight Specials, Set Me Up, The Take Out with David Lucas), manages live and digital productions, and collaborates closely with top comedians and industry executives. He is also a founder of EZ productions, a premium podcast production venture, as well as Mind Fruit, a live event series built around mindfulness practices and teachings.

Eilon’s background includes experience at Sony Pictures Entertainment, Embassy Row Productions, and The People Store Agency, as well as a degree in Film & TV Production from The New School in New York. His work spans development, cinematography, editing, and creative producing, with a strong focus on streamlining workflows, building original IP, and crafting stories that connect audiences through humor, depth, and imagination.
